Welcome to the world of learning through joy and discovery! We teach littles through play and creativity, whether it is STEM arts and crafts, Space Explorers, Fun in French, Little World Travelers, or Sew and Stitch, all our classes are fun and engaging.

Diana Jensen is an early childhood educator from Denmark. Her varied work experiences around the world as a flight attendant and later a marketing manager bring a unique perspective and knowledge base to her teachings. Her curiosity brought her to Florida where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education with distinction and her passion for early development is seen in every aspect of her teaching and presence with children.

Enrichment classes are currently offered at Palm Beach Day Academy for school enrolled students, and at Systema Floyd open to all on Saturdays from September. More program offerings to come, stay tuned by signing up to our newsletter.

Little World Travelers – explore the culture and languages of the world without ever leaving the classroom. We dance, sing, play games and create crafts to introduce the world to our little learners. Diana is a former international flight attendant, she has visited over 55 countries and has first-hand experience and knowledge to share from. Ages 3-5 and 6-10.

STEM Space Explorers – from galactic slime and space dough to straw rockets this class is out of this world! Together we explore the solar system through fun experiments and activities, story books, puzzles and games. Ages 3-5 and 6-10

Sew and Stitch – learning the basics of sewing by hand and with the machine. The students made mother’s day pouches, decorative signs, crossbody purses, and little stuffies. Ages 6-10 – Available for at-home workshops – email us at info@joyscovery.com

Foreign Languages: Spanish, Portuguese and French – Early childhood is the best time to learn new languages, and the best way to do it is through play. In these classes the children are introduced to the most meaningful vocabulary and language usage for their age, making it fun and easy to learn. Through dramatic play your child will learn how to introduce themselves and their family, order lunch at a restaurant, ask a new friend to play and more. Ages 2-5 and 6-10.
